Windows Router...

I have gotten a new router and a laptop.
I've port-forwarded 7171, 7172.

Now I've just tried to use the "Port-checker" thing. It has said:

Error: I could not see your service on [IP-ADDRESS] on port (7171)
Reason: Connection timed out

And I have forwarded it, here's the screenshot:

Does anyone know whats going wrong? As far as I know, this is how to port-forward.
I'VE TRIED PORTS; 7171,7272,3306, ALL TOGETHER WITH THAT IP IN THE SCREENSHOT, AND MY PUBLIC IP ADRESS. THIS SCREENSHOT IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF HOW I DID IT.

You only need to open ports 7171, 7172 and 80 (if you want to use XAMPP/phpMyAdmin/website)

Also why did you set Server IP address to 192.168.1.107?

That's the ip it said when i went to command prompt and put in; ipconfig /all

i've tried portforwarding from my public IP adress, that i found on What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address
that didnt work either...

yep, i've done it 4 times, my mate from NZ tried logging on when i was finished configuring the .lua and stuff. he could not get on..
