Hey,
Ok. Lets start with this....way too squarish, if thats a word. You need to mix it up. Study the mapping showoff section that youve posted in.
The interior of the buildings themselves isnt too bad.
The dark green grass is way over used.
Everything seems too oversized. Scale it down.
Im not sure what the red rock mountain on green grass on cobbled path at the bottom left of the last picture is meant to be but it just doesnt fit.
Keep practicing though and im sure you will become much better

I completely agree with Boy67's hints.
My squarish city looked simmilar to Yours. In my case helped re-drawing it on the sheet of paper and just moving houses, (in RME I start from roof, hold ctrl+shift, mark house, leave ctrl and shift, go to lower floor and again until i will have house marked on every floor, then i just replace it somewhere)
Even this village are just two street rectangles it is really nice to walk around
