What npcs can be found on a RPG City, both small and big?¿
I want to know which shopkeepers, and other stuff, rep ++

djinn,rashid,varkhal,aol seller,frodo,paladin seller,promotion,eryn,

RPG -> donot use aol seller.

Needed:

• Cities tend to have guards. (attack pkers and monsters in vacinity)
• Magic shop
• Merchant(?) to sell loot
• Toolshop
• Backpack Shop
• Ring shop
• Jewelers
• Post
• Some form of royalty; king/queen/prince/princess
• Weapons seller
• Random citizens: don't have to do/say anything/much.
• The odd quest npcs (small and large quests)
• Maybe a healer/monk in a temple.

Vocation guilds in main cities. One guild master per vocation set. E.g. Knight - Elite Knight -> Guild master npc for both.

Those are the main ones

I think the main buildings you need to focus on the placements are, Guildhalls (Place these distantly), Depot, Shops, and the vocation guilds.

Are you looking for inspiration?

I have one city, looks like a small village in deep forest, where are amazons (npcs), sometimes they are agressive aganist players (see: city guards what attacks pk). Theycan help you with learning distance fighting and shielding (they are selling spells like: Rapid Shoting or shield bash what stuning ur target).

I highly aim on quest givers, I have lots of them (this might help you: Daily quests NPC.

I'm often looking for inspiration in adventure games/films/books. Where is a story what tell about hero's life, where he's living and what he doing.
You can convert this hero to npc which helps new ppl or whatever you like. People's ideas never ends.
