Rules, what should they really be?

First of all, this is a serious thread so talk in a propper way and off-topic, spam, provoking or any other useless posts will be deleted!.....

The goal is to collect feedback on the rules and which should be changed/added so this thread can be reviewed by us to see what the community has to say.

Well , Where i start from ?
Okay Xenios The rules are so good and everyone can agree on it but some rules are not followed and the Moderators are not doing anything about it , Example about the last rule of not doing the rude avatar pictures , like 100 of otlanders have it but no one do anything.
My Rule that i want all to follow and to add to rules : Every User Follow all the rules and if not , he/she has to be warned and if the moderator didn't care the moderator get banned from his position.

I want every obvious rule (such as spamming, offending and so) to be mentioned and also things that lead to infraction/banishment. We shouldn't be using vBulletin default, it's not very clear and it's very general.

Yes change the current 3 lines that is supposed to be rules. Make better rules, obvious rules.

     Do not post messages that are; harassing,insulting,offending or flaming our fellow users and guests.
     
     
  2. No spamming
     Do not double post, cross-post, post hunt (making posts just to increase your post count) or "copy-post", that means if for example a question has already been answered there is no need for you to answer it again UNLESS you provide info the last answer didn't include.
     
     
  3. No trolling
     Do not make posts in the sole purpose of starting a fight.
     
     
  4. Bump interval
     You are only allowed to bump a thread once every 24h.
     
     
  5. Links
     • a) Do not post links that may be/lead to; vulgar, obscene, sexual oriented, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, malware/virus or anything that may be breaking international laws.
       
       
     • b) If you are going to release something to the community it should be posted in the sub forum of Downloads where it fits the best, threads in the download section are evaluated by moderators who check that it isn't breaking any rules.

     a) Images which may be: vulgar, obscene, sexual oriented, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory AREN'T ALLOWED.

Thanks for the replies.

There are many other rules that aren't on the rule page, which should be added and which not and why should they be added/removed? I'm asking you to write a explanation about this question.

For example: selling / Buying rule, the no edit in download section, reputation etc...
