Well, I wanted to look at teh rules, so I went to sitemap -> Rules.

but.. meh... not really rules?
Are there any "official" rules? or do moderators decide if a post should stay or not?

I've already asked Talaturen a week ago to modify and update the rule page but it seems he hasn't the time for it.
There are sticky's with some rules about the board (except announcements) they are in.

Indeed in hosted project board are the owners of the board who decide if they want to allow it or not.
