Lua Run script when player changes outfit?

I'm looking to create a function that will be triggered by a character changing their outfit (also mounting or dismounting) How would I go about this? Is this even possible? Will it require source edits? How would I do it in the sources?

I want something along the lines of onChangeOutfit and onMount/onDismount.
