rune and potion error.

hello i am having a problem with my supply and runes, you see when i have more than 100 suddendeath runes, and then when i puts them on a hotkey and uses them on a target it just stands: you are using one of 99 sud.... not like you are using on of 300 or 1200 sudden death runes.

why is my character just counting up to 100 instead of counting every single one?
