Rune targeting crosshair

I'am curious, is there a way of changeing this crosshair while you use runes and items:

Where i can find file that contain this crosshair and how I can edit its color and size ?

That is inside the .pic, but i think that usually you are using the windows mouse default cursors.

I use windows cursors ye, but this crosshair is always used from client.
Do you recommend any editor with .pic extension I can revamp this with ?

I've never tested this pic editor, but im sure it would do the job.

I tried to edit and exchange .pic file on kaspar Letswar client, as a test , and it's not loading with "Status: Url not Http" error. Hum, u have some ideas how to fix this?

Are the kaspar letswar client the same tibia version as the .pic file you try to replace?

Im no expert in client editing so i dont rly have a clue what the error is about but it seems strange for a pic file

I just saw you did try to edit the .pic file for the client.

You should test whit a fresh/clean client and see if it will load whitout any problem
