Why runes dont shoot by distance? and need to stay close (1sqm) to shoot the rune?

Lua RUNES cant shoot by distance.. just melee..

Do you know how to fix:
when i create an account it creates but... "id" set = 0 so when i log on tibia... passwords are incorrect.
