Runes Charges

Hi

When i go to the runes shop and say trade it opens the trade window and the runes show charges
explosion 6, sd 3, hmm 10, etc
So thats all oke but when i press to buy 1 of them it is just 1 rune with 1 charge how can i fix this ?
