Search script runes reduce exhausted - "dubble rune"
Runes to give 2x fast to beat spells, weapons and health mana, heal!

You can let the runes work with 2 different exhasution conditions in the Lua script instead of the xml and then let a script set a storage value and in all the runes scripts check for that storage and use the short exhaustion condition.
