Windows Running server cant connect sql

I have retired for otservs like 4 years i dont know but on new servers tfs 1.0 i can't run surver

i got that config (dont change because passwords is default i dont change them.

Watch this Video before you try something that will fix all your Problems before you post maybe it helps.

And btw XAMPP is bad to unsecure so usw uniform Server like Znote did on this Video Tutorial.

The user tim26-Komputer is not allowed to connect to the MySQL server.

If the MySQL server and the game server is on the same network, use localhost on the mysqlHost instead.
