Windows Same IP problem

I just started up my ots on my pc and works fine but there are somethings that i couldn't understand it.
Why is all players got same ip as me? also why there is problem with pics at shop website for others and works fine for me ... i am sure that i did everything right.

Well you should tell us what TFS you're using. Not showable images could be multiple things but mostly what I have seen is that people use the directory like the one OTX uses instead of the one of TFS. About the ip thing I have no idea.

UP! May someone check out what is the problem of making all players have got same IPv4 as me.
