Samples not added to my database..

What can i do if i dont have samples? i can not copy one of them because it contains a foreign key or something like that.. i dont know what can i do..

How can i add them?

You can also add them manual by clicking on the table players and then click Insert and change the values.

i try to insert a sample by myself copyng all the info but.. in condition what should i do?

appears an error "1 fila insertada.
Warning: #1364 Field 'conditions' doesn't have a default value"

not sure what value put in conditions..
