Save players online every hour

Hello!

I need a globalevent that's saves how many players it's online every hours, but only 12 hour. It's for a chart so it should look something like this : INSERT (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) VALUES( 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,new )
