Saving when people gets their donation item

Is it possible to make a save each time a player receives his donation item from the websites shop offers?

You could always remind them to relog
Let me see what the code looks like that gives them the item

You could always kick them after they get their item. You would want to make the script check if the item was successfully added to their inventory (So it doesn't drop on the ground).

Just tell them to re-log once they have received it. Easiest solution. And you can't be blamed too.
