saving world

when im on my server and I do something in my house using /a how do I make it save on the world so if I use rme they wont go ?

What exactly do you mean? With /a you teleport yourself.
If you want to make changed in the map, do this in Remere, not ingame.

Only movable items in a house are saved, since they are saved in the database (beds, windows and doors are saved aswell, but only add them in Remere).
