Scam Warning: Alpha Kabom [OTA] / reblux0 — 1,500 Tibia Coins ($82) Not Refunded

I am posting this to warn the community about my experience with Alpha Kabom [OTA], also known as reblux0.

On June 4, 2026, I hired him to create a helper system for my server. We originally discussed payment through PayPal, but he requested PayPal Friends & Family and later asked me to pay using Tibia Coins instead.

He sent me a link to purchase the Tibia Coins and specifically told me:

“You can send 1500 that = 82 USD.”
I purchased the 1,500 Tibia Coins and sent them to the character name he provided:

Real Castoria

After receiving the payment, he repeatedly promised that the helper system would be finished soon.

Timeline:

  • June 4: I purchased and sent him 1,500 Tibia Coins, valued at $82.
  • June 13: He said he had created half of the code and would finish everything when he returned home in two days.
  • June 18: He claimed he had been hacked but said he would finish the helper within a few hours.
  • June 22–25: I repeatedly contacted him but received no completed work.
  • June 26: He admitted the project was more complicated than expected and personally offered to refund the 1,500 Tibia Coins.
  • June 26: I accepted the refund and gave him my character name, Dgawd, for the return.
  • June 30: He told me to calm down and said he would gather the 1,500 Tibia Coins and contact me.
  • July 10: Nearly 40 days had passed, and I still had not received the completed work or the refund.
  • July 18: He promised that he would return the 1,500 Tibia Coins on July 20.
  • July 20: I contacted him again, but I still have not received the helper system or my 1,500 Tibia Coins.
I gave him many opportunities to complete the work or return the payment. I was understanding when he mentioned travel, being hacked, personal problems, issues with his business partner, and problems with his own server.

However, he accepted payment, failed to deliver the agreed work, offered a refund himself, and then repeatedly failed to send that refund.

When I told him I would warn the community if he continued refusing to pay me back, he accused me of threatening him and responded:

“If you want make the post do it.”
He also told me to take screenshots, which I have done.

This post is not intended to harass or threaten anyone. I am sharing my documented experience so other members can make an informed decision before sending him money, Tibia Coins, files, or access to their server.

I have screenshots showing:

  • The original agreement
  • His statement that 1,500 TC equaled $82
  • The character name Real Castoria that he instructed me to pay
  • His repeated completion promises
  • His offer to refund me
  • His promises to return the Tibia Coins
  • His failure to deliver the work or refund
Discord names:
Alpha Kabom [OTA]
reblux0

Character that received payment:
Real Castoria

Character that was supposed to receive the refund:
Dgawd

Amount owed:
1,500 Tibia Coins — approximately $82

As of July 20, 2026, this remains unresolved.

Sorry to hear that happened.

Send me a PM with the details of the helper system you requested. I may already have one that can be easily adapted for your server, completely free of charge, of course.

Thanks for the help, but i'm currently in other projects at the moment. <3

He name it is @Ruyzen here in otland, He scammed me out of 500 euros, stole my server, and then made up a story claiming I was the one who scammed him. He’s always making up false stories—like claiming he has a friend who makes decisions for him, or saying this friend is afraid, and so on. He calls himself a programmer but doesn't even know how to run an error log in TFS, can't compile code, and knows absolutely nothing about C++; he sells stolen projects.

Inspect + change element he is a professional scammer clearly. There is probably only 37 actual coins but he changed the page to show +1500. Scammers go to power move: "I was going to do the right thing, now I decided not to because you called me out for not doing the right thing."

Sorry, I can't get your coins back the sun fell into my house.

Hey,
I'm sorry that it happened. Thanks for sharing your story, his behavior should be stigmatized and penalized.
With my wishful thinking I hope karma will take care of it.

Also I think it's another occasion to learn a lesson - do not trust people from internet, especially when it comes to money. The feeling of being anonymous and unpunishable triggers bad things in humans.
It's better to use third-party trusted sites that will mediate the transaction, even though it costs a bit.

Take care!

You said the helper's coming,
"Just two more days," you're humming.
Half the code is nearly done...
Somehow it became... none.

Don't scam me now,
Don't scam me now!

I sent fifteen hundred Tibia Coins your way.
You said "Real Castoria,"
Sounded like a victory...
Now I'm just refreshing DMs every day.

"I got hacked!"
"I'm on a trip!"
"Business partner lost the script!"
Every week's a brand new quest,
Somehow none of them end best.

Don't scam me now,
Don't scam me now!

'Cause refunds shouldn't take a month and a half!
You offered them yourself,
Then put them on the shelf.
At this point I'm only left to laugh.

"Take screenshots!"
"Make your post!"
Those were words you seemed to boast.
So here's the chorus, loud and proud—
A warning to the OT crowd:

Don't scam us now,
Don't scam us now!

If you take the coins then please deliver somehow!
Finish what you promised,
Or refund what's honestly owed.
That's the ending everybody should allow.

Don't scam me now...
'Cause 1,500 TC is still missing now!
