(Script) advanced attribute maker

Hello Otlanders

i was thinking in a nice idea
what if i creat item which if i used it on other item it gives it attributes which i decide it


For Example ::

if i used the attribute maker on armor
it gives the armor new attributes immediatly
with animated action etc

i just want to make some lua scripts like

1- the best upgrade system (that make item +1)
2- script adds description to item
3- and other one adds attackspeed of weapons
4- spell script ( that if player say "spell" it make his attack with weapons (any kind or type) stronger and spells too

i hope i can find someone help me
