Hello at all 
My main idea is that when passing through a teleport, active a raid automatic after 15 minutes.
If in those 15 minutes, you haven't left the seal, the raid began summon a quantity x of demons, and few monsters more.
And if possible, after those 15 minutes, in the next 10 following minutes, start another raid where the monsters are stronger like Orshabaal, Massacre, etc...
