Script Exp reward

I have request

Can somebody make for me script like this?

Allways when i kill other player i get for example 3500000 exp?

Who make this script or help me how to configure config.lua [is it possible] get reputation!!

set exp from players in config.lua = 0 then add this in creature event, then regestire name in login.lua

local expp = 35000000
function onKill(cid,target)
if isPlayer(cid) and isPlayer(target) then
  doPlayerAddExp(cid,expp)
end
return true
