like this mage armor will have 15% max mana //and knight legs will have 20% max hp

U guys are weird, he writed clear what he need.
In items.xml add to item

<attribute key="maxHitPointsPercent" value="105"/>

Value 100 means normal hp, 105 means 5% more of hp, etc.
