SD's with backpack

Hello, i ask for this why sd's cant be bought in backpack if i writing 'buy bp sd' how always NPC give me bp with SD with 1 charge, i trying buy sd with use command 'trade' and 'buy with backpack' but sd arent in backpack and its 6 charge how always please answer me.
