Windows Search 9.7 item editor

As the tile says i am in search of a working item editor that will work with TFS's 0.3.7 Crying Damson - 9.70 - items.otb.
Before you say go use the search function, i already have.

These are a list of all the item editors i tryed downloading, that did not work!!!!!! i got to the point i tryed every single last version of every editor i could find.........

He probably wants to edit items in items.otb or even add new items.

Yea edit the otb file... want to make a few potions that are not stackable, stackable and so on =) anyone got a 9.7 editor?

Sorry, but I was just trying to see since you have searched all over, did you happen to come across anything so you can see the picture with the items.xml?

I want a ITEMS.OTB editor, so i can make things stackable and unstackable ect.....
