Hello, my name is Ross Andrews im 21 years old, i have been working on this rpg based server for many years, mainly alone. but i have decided i need help to make the server better. my goal is to create a great mmorpg for all the players, the servers policy is to keep the players happy above all else. Tibia kingdoms excepts some requested ideas by its players, and is created into the server.

i have about 8 years tibia experience and about 5-6 years open-tibia experience. i had my own ots and i really played many servers. My highest character in real tibia was lvl 187 (tutor!)

Why i want to join ur team?:
I really love custom stuff thats the reason i wanna join ur team. why i dont do my own shit? well im mapper and thats all im too dump to script :D but if u want me to learn.. teach me! ;D...

Yes. I got over 4 years of GODS experience in WoW-Private servers hosting up to 300+ players. I'm always un-biased and follow the rules as they're stated Any With Ur Teaching Me I Will Be Better In A Very Short Time Because U Need Some Hard Things Maybe I Know Alot Of It.

I'll get right on work. Introduce myself to the community and what my work will be. I will be spending alot of time on the forums of the chosen server to get to know people aswell as be ingame to learn as much as possible of the server.

I'm a very kind person, helpful, considerate, and resourceful. I'm a stickler for rules and authority. Meaning, there's a reason people are put in position of authority, so everyone can enjoy their experience and not have to be hassled. I like to make sure people are having fun, and not getting harassed or cheated by people who think it's okay to do so Anyway You Won't Lose Anything If U Tested Me.

Skills:I have small mapping skills and I can obviously be a GM. I have been a GM on big servers, but not very big.

- I have a lot of time to spend on Tibia and I play very often.
- I have good motivation on games.
- I can get along with people very quickly
- I can make people enjoy things (Maybe like your server)
- I also love video games. Video games get me going man.

I think you should choose me for your GM because I think you would like me. Also let me throw in some extras.

What you can expect from me:
Expect hard work and very little slack. I have a good tendency to play tibia and enjoy the effort that is given to me. I do not take GM for granted, I expect to deal with a lot of people on here so I am going to do just that. I can handle very many people on tibia. If it is RL you don't have to worry about me, I know RL tibia off the back of my head. If it's an evo then you have to let me get used to the map a little.

I really enjoy Open Tibia, and am always interested in new 'custom' rpg projects, mostly looking for a server that is 'low level/rate'.. also am looking for a project that focuses on custom character development (no set classes, player makes their own), and the adventure aspects of role playing, and less about power leveling, and pking (though I refuse to have a server that isn't pvp-e).

I love to support the players and since i had my own server im very interested to make/test new systems, make everything to keep the server very excited and to support every1. It was a really great time to help all the server owners and the ppl who played the OT. I was always polite and fair.
