Graphic Designer Searching someone to improve THIS Logo professional

Hey guys,
as I do not have that much of time in searching for some pro designer, here's my offer:

- Make this logo more professional (It looks like done with paint, lul)
- It will be used on responsive layout (side information)
- It is important to use a emoji as first "O" (text: OOHA!)
- Put in some own design if you want to, such as a second emoji or what ever
- The layouts background is white, the logo bar color is not set yet, so you can choose what ever you want as color just think about being professional as it might be used a company logo
- The logo background must be transparent
- OOHA means to be amazed (side informations for the emoji that should be used)

It is VERY important to not only have this logo but also its PSD file, that's why it won't help me much if you post your logo without psd, so don't worry about getting ripped.

The payment is between 25-40$, depends how good I personally think the logo is. Only one person can get the payment.

It doesn't blend because yellow is opposite to purple on the color wheel so it makes it complementary color, so if you put them close to each other you make biggest visual vibration ever so its unmatchable colors. Second think that makes it unmatchable that emoji have gradient effect on it. And you could simplifie that emoji a little bit.

I'll try to make better version of this later.

Okay so my FIRST idea. Made custome ":O" emoji with bold font to give that fun positive vibes from logo. Its very simplistic modern logo.

Its fully vectorized so it can be resized to what ever size without losing quality it doesnt matter if its 1x1 or its 8k. Maybe later i will try another style if dont like it.

Second Idea, is pretty much same like first one but more attractive to my eye then first one i guess. So its simplistic, modern logo with 3d style because its new trend in 2019, with simplistic emoji face that shows ":O" "surprised" face i think it fits well.
