I'm a new mapper who need some advices to get better!
I'm working on a Custom map project and I want you guys to say what you think about it!

How do I show my map?... Please some help!

Go to a img hosting website (ImgLand - Image hosting & Photo sharing for free here at Imgland.net) and upload your picture.

And to be more specific, once you have uploaded your picture you will get a link to your picture. Copy & Paste that where you first wrote file:///C:/Users/Sebastian/Pictures/Custom.png
