Second Hunter addon(?)

Hey, i've been seen many peoples with the full hunter addon. But you can´t go into "the secret cult cave" I mean, you can´t "use" the piano to get teleported to the other side. (Tibiawikia says: At the end of the room you'll find a piano. If you have learned all the verses of the hymn, you can use the piano to teleport to the other side of the room.
)
You can´t even use the verses. :S
So, how did the they do who´s already got it?
Help would be great!

probably they have it since earlier, when u could buy first addon for 500k, and second one for 1kk
