Secure mode stuck on

Yesterday on my server players could attack each other. Today everyone reports the same thing: when they turn off secure mode and try to attack a player they get the message "Turn secure mode off if you really want to attack unmarked players".

I changed nothing that would have any impact on this... Any ideas what could have happened?

Maybe you want to look at your config.lua to see if maybe you changed something? or maybe a new script that is changing the game mode? I know you said you changed nothing but its still worth looking at just to make sure

The config looks good. It's set to the correct gameworld type and I know I haven't touched it since I set up the server. No new scripts. The only thing I modified were some attack values on the bog raider.
