I can't find any djinn's or rashid.
So my question is: Where do i sell my items, WOI etc?
Do i need to do the djinn quest like RL tibia or what?

Yes, it's identical to real Tibia in that aspect. You can see Rashid's schedule at the bottom of SoftCores - Server Info

You can find Rashid as in RL Tibia, different city, everyday of the week. And you dont need to do the quest to trade with him. But you need to do the djinn quest like in RL tibia to trade with one of them.
