1. You don't have full rights to template.
2. YOU CAN NOT SELL THIS TEMPLATE!
3. You can delete my author's note from bottom but you can't remove credits link! Credits link is required to use Modern AAC.
4. You can edit template as you want.
5. YOU CAN NOT RELEASE THIS TEMPLATE AS FREE!

* Unique Price (Buyout)

1. You have this template for your own.
2. I resign from rights to template, AND I STOP SELLING IT.
3. You can delete my author's note.
4. You CAN'T delete credits link from bottom!
5. You can edit template as you want.
6. You can release template as free.
7. You can sell template.
8. You can't release or sell this template as your own!
