Is there a way to force showing the MOTD on every login, or is this something controlled by the client?

Is there a way to force showing the MOTD on every login, or is this something controlled by the client?

MOTD is sent every time you login. But the client display it only once. Maybe if you would change MOTD number in source every time to new value it would work. I think it's possible.
