Lua Sending parcels problem

Hi, I have the same problem of this guy

I send parcels just like Global Tibia by writing Player Name in first line and the City name on the second line.
and the parcel just stay on the top of mailbox

I did everything that is on the topic above and the problem is still there. I also use TFS 0.3.7 for Tibia 9.60 Global Map.

Somebody can help me please?

Check all the depot chests in the remere's map editor, properties and see if the cities are good.
Or a common error is the ID of the parcel, maybe its another parcel ID and its not registered in sources.

I've already checked it
I also tested to send all parcels IDs and the same error happened.
