Server chrashes when more than 189 players why?

My server have been chrashing when its 189 players and 1 more is trying to connect why please help!

Map size? Ram? OS?

Any console errors before or when the crash is happening?

Well, how many players could be online to ur ot?

There are 1000 max players in my config and i got a Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX330 with Serverworks HT2100 plus HT1000 Chipset
1x AMD Opteron 2344 HE, 1x Quad-Core
4 GB DDR2-RAM ECC
2x 250 GB SATA II HDDs, 7.2k rpm
Hardware RAID 1
5,000 GB data transfer included
Server location in Frankfurt/Germany or St. Louis/USA

Can somone please help me get rid of this chrash?

Also you should create a crash log.

Since you say it happends with exactly 189 players. I bet there is a memory issue. 4GB might be too little for some real map serveres.
