Server clean, Lost my Ultimate mana rune

I just logged on my char, And putted my rune on the dp, and then suddenly it dissapeared, Im guessing the system warned everyone but after the warning came i logged online and putted it on the dp, Can i get it back ? I wasnt even online when the warning came
