Linux Server Closing :X

Hello, I'm desperate and wanted to know if someone can help me.
1 ° are tipping my server, does not lag, simple falls overnight.
2 ° if scripting bugs, systems etc, how can I find out what is causing the declines, because the players do not cooperate in reporting bugs.
3rd had to withdraw clean the server, because every time I took the server came clean in a state of "waiting", a message appears saying "Gameworld is under maintenece, please re-conect in while."

how can I solve this 3 questions?

i'm using ubuntu and TFS 0.3.6(8.60)

Well, if your server falls in a exactly hour, it can be a globalevent or slt. Try searching over creatureevents and that stuff. Also, maybe depends on how many RAM you're using in your Linux dedicated, try putting a restarter that show you why the server crashed (error log on console). http://otland.net/f19/linux-simple-restart-otserv-100951/, this save the crash log on a text document, it can be helpful for you.

I put this simple restart, but does not fall in specified time, just a few drops when players want to know how to make fun and take down, they know but do not reveal the bugs and believe that memory is not because I have 4GB to a server 19MB of high-exp (map)
