server crash TFS 0.3.6

Im using TFS 0.3.6 and it was working perfectly fine a few days ago...
now when i run it it crashes when running database manager, sometimes it makes it 1 farther to items.
Im not sure why its doing this.. I tried restarting my computer, re-installing uniserver, even created a new database incase that was the issue.
Nothing I can think of seems to work, help please

EDIT: clearly something is wrong with mysql, cause sqlite seems to work fine.

i had the same problem today, i solved it this way :

right click on your server -> properties -> compability then change your compability modus to your current windows versions , for me it was windows 7
