Spell Server crash when noob chars poffing spells

Hello !

I have problem with my server. (0.3.4) (8.42)
People can crash the server if they are many character and poffing, they use spells they cant use and then they are poffing fast and after some time the server go down ;S why? do you have a script to mute that problem? So if you spamm a spell you cant use... you will get muted for some time.
If you know how to do or someone you know, Then i will pay for that.

Try to change:
forceSlowConnectionsToDisconnect = "no"
to:
forceSlowConnectionsToDisconnect = "yes"
in config.lua
