Server crash!!

When people are paladins on my server it works fine but when they come up to around lvl 500-600 the whole server crach and I dont get any errors it just close the exe file ;s
please help with this fast

Hmm if im not wrong you have a txt document somewhere in your server map with all errors.. Found that one and post errors

hmm i cant finde any document with errors :/ I use 0.3.6pl1 if that helps?
