server crashes when cleaning

when my server is cleaning. my server just freezes. i look in my console and it say cleaning done and then server save and then nothing happens after. the server freezes and i have to close it and reopen it. how do i fix this problem?

Might be that people are crashing or your computer is just to weak xD

If you have more ram that doesn't necessarily mean that your server can't be crashed. Also, if configured wrong/using wrong OS, your server can only use up to 2 GB of ram.. which is a bottleneck for realmap servers.
