Windows Server Crashing after Depot items

My OT is crashing at this point, it was working fine 100% Just today i decided to reboot the OT because of updates but this error happens.

Ive emptied the database Player_depotitems
Ive tried deleting it
Ive tried a clean one


But for some reason it just keeps crashing at this point I dont know why.

Anybody know a fix?

	optimizeDatabaseAtStartup = false

And optimize them manually when needed :/

What does Optimize do?
