Server crashing, vocation changes and bugged skills?

I would really need some help with my problem. I just removed globalsave and sometimes people getting vocation changes and bugged skills? Like a paladin becomes a master sorcerer and getting 10010401 in distance fighting

Im using rev 3777 tfs 0.4 <.<

something other than those revs which have countless issues, which were once considered to be "most stable"

I tought the most stable revs were 3777 and 3884, btw think it's related to server saving, server down and reloading.
Vocation changes happened when i was doing it.
It sucks.

It's easy to see if the user have been a premium member. Look at his started threads for example.
