Windows Server Crashing

I have a simply problem in my server. It works very well, when i take it online it work fine, but when i post it in a otservlist, example otservlist.org, It crashes all the times which the site tries to get my database.

I use TFS 0.4, encryptation "sha1".

Can someone help me please?

maybe because you blocked all the connections from the outside to your database?
