hello amigos

im trying to set up a server for me and some friends , server is up and running they can join and i can join but version is only 10.77 and i dont know how to update it or find the latest one, and my secodn problem is how i edit my servers map , ive been searching how to do it but theres 100% explanation on how to do it , they skip the part where u select the map i guess with the remers map editor and i just dont seem to figure it out

so if someone with maybe a link to a youtube video explaining how to make it or a forum that would help me a lot

to edit the map you will need to open map editor
the open the file inside your server usually called "World.otmb"
The directory for this will be //Data/World/world.otmb

it will usually ask for the maps spawns and houses after you have loaded the map itself (It will prompt you for this)
if you want to change the version then easiest way would be to download a later version of the server that you are currently running.

I would suggest looking @Otland.net
also try GitHUB for The Forgotten Server

You can update this yourself but i wouldn't suggest this as its not time effective.
