most of payment systems is not supporting Egypt.
just paypal have added at september last year.
the best way is to find a team member that leaves in egypt and he transfer the cash to you after that.

Paygol and zaypay supports egy. But you need to modify the config abit. Atleast on zaypay you will get a higher "fee", compared to if someone donates from EU or US.
I use gesior 2012, paygol for egy and some other countries that zaypay dosen't fully support, and then zaypay for the rest.
