Windows Server Dont wanna Start :D

Hello Otlanders,
i've bought a windows dedicated server
and downloaded My ot on it
installed the website
and the database
tried to Start it
but it stop work on this line.

[warning - IO Map::loadMap]Movable item in house: 3009, item type : 2747, pos 19688/15121/7

and much others like this
and the server dont want to start?
how to fix this please?

You could start with eliminating the console errors.

Ignore the warnings and start working on errors, usually it gives the location ore line number where the error comes from.
