Really struggling to get any support from the forum. Here my timeline of events:

  • January 25th: Requested to lock my original server gala thread from last year and start a new one.
  • January 28th: Received response from Zainox asking me to remove "Beta" from my title, which I did.
  • Since then no further response despite the request being nearly two weeks old.
  • During this time I messaged online moderators/staff multiple times with no responses besides Erikas who can't do anything in server gala.
  • Recently decided to purchase premium membership to edit my locked thread myself and at least get something posted to show my server is online.
  • Within 30 minutes of editing it someone finally locked the thread before I could make a post but they didn't reply to or approve my new server gala thread.
  • It's been two days since then and still nothing.

I've tried to be patient and respectful throughout this process, but it's frustrating that my requests seem to be ignored. I've only been able to get responses from one person, it shouldn't be this difficult to get basic support and even after paying for premium membership, I still can't get proper assistance or responses to my requests.

Hi Apollos, I'm the moderator that handled your original request to lock or delete your thread.
I started approving threads in our Approval queue first and then made my way to Reports, where I locked your thread per your request. Your report does not show that you were able to edit your thread yourself nor did you re-report your post to ask us to disregard your original request.
This is the first time since I last handled your previous request that I have been active on OTLand.
As for the timeline between when you were able to edit your thread yourself and this very moment, it sounds like very unfortunate timing. As for the time leading up to those events, I'm sorry that the response time has been slow... I would be upset too. Thank you for being patient with me in this issue.

IMO it shouldn't require moderator approval to post in Server Gala. I'll see what kind of feedback I can get in regards to this.

I completely disagree with this statement.. if you were to remove that requirement, the board would be flooded with AI generated posts so fast it would make your head spin!

The moderation team is taking a long time to respond to reports (which I do quite frequently and so I would know), sometimes they just completely ignore blatant rule violations, and we are already suffering from an overflow of AI posts all over the boards, so please, please please, do not push to remove that restriction, instead, you should be pushing for more activity from the moderators and probably for even more or new moderators to be honest.
