Windows Server getting online

Hello there Otlanders,

some things about me:
I'm a old hoster, i had my own server online and i also had a website.
That was like a year or 2 ago.
I quited hosting because of school.

But now i'm back, and i'm starting a project again <Grimera>, But i runned in a few problems,

I'm using, [8.60] The Forgotten Server 0.3.6 (Crying Damson) V5

First one: I can't get my server online (so people can play on it)
Second: Same problem for my website.

All my port's are open.

I noticed Uniform server got updated and i got the new version one.

So my questions are, is there someone who could help me out via TeamViewer or just via Otland.
I'm running out of options..

I also got the same problem as @surjendra had. Although, my OTserv is online so everyone can play on it, but i don't really know how to get my website that i host though Uniserv online, so other people can enter it, i can only enter it from my computer with http://local or 127.0.0.1, any ideas?
