Windows Server host

I can't host my otserver because people can't loggin after some minutes.. the server run and my ports are open 7171/7172/80 but after some minutes ~25 maybe also i can't loggin

PS: people who are already logged in can relog but if they go to tibia window then click enter game, can't just stay loading

I tryied with sqlite .. then mysql still not working!

Maybe out of memory, It happens to me sometimes like that, but maybe something bad with the sv.
