Contemplating making my own server, however want to get the basics down first.
What are the minimum serverbox requirements in order to host a semi-populous server. (Roughly 30 odd players)

I have two offers on the table, however the first I'm extremely weary about.

First - fairly cheap hosting at 10 euro/month.
1 CPU
256 Mb RAM
6 Gb HDD
5 Mbit interface
1 TB bandwidth

Second - roughly 30 euro/month.
2 CPU
2048 Mb RAM
16 Gb HDD
100 Mbit interface
1 TB bandwidth

Third - prefer not to spend 60 euro/month, since the server probably won't be donation based.
4 CPU
4096 Mb RAM
32 Gb HDD
100 Mbit interface
4 TB bandwidth

I would go for the 2nd one.

You can probably find cheaper boxes with the same specifications.
